Our methodology
commences with a workshop. This is designed to bring together your
organisation’s key individuals with B6 Solutions, so that together we
develop the two foundation stones of our partnership – the Shared Vision
and the Hoshin Plan.

Objectives
B6 Solutions will
lead the workshop. The first objective is to create a vision for your
business that we all understand and can be shared with other parties. The
second objective is to take this vision and turn it into a strategic plan
against which quantifiable business development strategies are defined.

achieving the Breakthrough Objective |

Review process – to measure progress of the

precise in stating what you want to achieve

Measurable –
quantify your objectives so you know when you have achieved them

although a stretch from your current position the objective should not
