About Us
B6 Solutions was born out of a passion for developing business through the building of a Shared Vision and embracing the strategic, systematic Hoshin planning process. Phil Harland, the founder, spent over 10 years at Hewlett-Packard, where he gained a broad range of business skills whilst successfully developing sales driven organisations in the UK and Europe. He went on to develop other smaller companies, including start-up operations, where he was faced with many of the same challenges as you. He became increasingly frustrated whilst working with traditional agencies. The root cause started to become clear – a misalignment of thinking – there was no depth of Shared Vision. B6 Solutions was formed to offer a unique approach to Business Development.
Since those beginnings, we have added many capabilities and now undertake a broad range of business advisory services for small to medium sized companies. Through Phil's accreditation with the Institute for Independent Business and Initiatives in Business Development we have access to a tremendous wealth of talented professionals who bring practical hands-on assistance to help you deal with any business challenge. With the latest addition of our Business Services division, headed up by Janet Evans, we can undertake most information technology related tasks, IT training in applications for all staff, administrative duties, tele-marketing, financial book-keeping and general secretarial support.
